Trossos del Priorat, an organic winery that is dedicated to eco-friendly winemaking, crafts their Lo Petit de la Casa blend from their youngest grapevines (which arguably keeps prices lower for you, the consumer!). Bold and dense, this blend of Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah offers deep aromas of wild herbs, cassis, balsamic, and spices accompanied by smooth tannins and subtle notes of the gritty minerality we love in Priorat wines. One year in French oak helps further the quality and intensity of this wine, which is full-bodied with a long finish of llicorella.
