Made from 100% Estate-grown grapes, this wine is aged three years in new French oak. The result is an elegant Cabernet with layers of blackberry, black raspberry, bing cherries and dark cocoa with a lingering velvet oak finish. Excellent with beef tenderloin, prime rib, bison, bleu cheese and chocolate. Gray Ghost's Reserve Cabernet is only produced in exceptional growing seasons.
